JIM BRANCH is the President of Branch Farm & Timberland, Inc. and he oversees all the company’s timberland and farmland management, forestry consulting, and land acquisition services.  His knowledge of timberland and farmland markets and extensive experience in timberland and farmland management helps ensure that the company’s consulting services are delivered efficiently and profitably.  Mr. Branch has developed contacts within the forest products industry that have proven to be invaluable in locating and coordinating timberland & farmland conversion acquisitions.  During his career, he has assisted local landowners and commercial sellers with site analysis for pellet mills to acquisitions of large timberland tracts and farmland conversions.  Mr. Branch served in the 82nd Airborne Division as a paratrooper after high school and then earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University and a Master of Forest Resources from the University of Georgia.

ELIZABETH BRANCH is Vice President of Branch Farm & Timberland.  Her extensive experience in land conservation and management aids in her ability to quickly identify and analyze potential timber acquisitions.  Elizabeth serves on the Advisory Board of Madison-Morgan Conservancy and previously served as the group’s President.  Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science in Wildlife Biology with a Certificate in Conservation Ecology and Sustainable Development from the University of Georgia.

STEVEN MCCARTY oversees the grading operations for Branch Farm & Timberlands. He has over fifteen years experience operating heavy equipment. In addition, Steven has several years experience in farm management and development.

ERIK RAMFOS is an associate broker and certified general appraiser with Branch Farm and Timberland. He has over 20 years experience in real estate sales and appraisals. Prior to real estate, he was in sales and sales management in the safety equipment business.

BRETT SAVAGE is a contract forester with Natural Resource Consulting. He is a Georgia Registered Forester with a B.S in Forestry from Auburn University. Brett has extensive experience in timber inventory analysis and appraisal. He has worked in wood procurement for several large timber companies including Plum Creek.

NOAH SHEALY is a Registered Forester and Real Estate Agent with Branch Farm & Timberland, Inc. He holds a Bachelors in Wildlife and Master of Forest Resources from the University of Georgia.

DAVID THOMPSON, contract forester for Natural Resource Consultants, is a Georgia and Alabama registered forester as well as a certified Master Timber Harvester. David graduated from Auburn University in 1979 with a B.S. in Forestry. He has worked as southwest area manager for Vardaman Forestry Services and as a timber buyer for Steed and Bristol Timber Companies.
